Callum Moy

Callum is a consultant and lecturer in business transformation and management.

During a thirty year career in management consulting, Callum has led business strategy and transformation programmes in many industry sectors in the supply chain, procurement and IT functions encompassing; strategy, operating model, process and organisational design and transition management.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant and lecturer in strategy and project management, Callum was a director and senior engagement manager with Accenture and Unisys. His clients have included the Care Quality Commission, UK Ministry of Justice, UK MoD (ATLAS Consortium), UK MoD (AWE), UK Home Office, Wood Group (Gas Turbine Services), Enrichment Technology Company (Holland), BP Chemicals, Ciba Chemicals, Newbridge Networks (Alcatel), Guinness, SmithKline Beecham, Coats, Ford, Arcadia, City of London Police and 3Com. Along with smaller businesses like Journey Group, Vanco and the on-line sports retailer Kitbag.

Callum is highly experienced in both the private and public sectors. His strategic and results-oriented approach equips him to support business leaders who want to quickly achieve more with the minimum of disruption.
